You need the following when visiting us for the first time:
- A copy of your current medical recommendation.
- Your CA Drivers License or CA ID.
- You MUST bring your ID and your original recommendation with you on your first visit.
- Your doctor must verify your recommendation. Depending on your physician this can take several hours and even days.

Membership Qualifications
Healthy, Wealthy & Wise operates in strict compliance with California Health and Safety Code 11362.5 (Prop 215) and 11362.7 (SB 420). You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, have a state-issued photo identification, and a physician recommendation for medical cannabis to access Healthy Wealthy & Wise membership services. Parents or court-appointed legal guardians must act as caregivers to obtain service on behalf of legally qualified patients who are younger than eighteen (18) years old. We serve only legally qualified patients and caregivers. Under no circumstances whatsoever are services provided to persons who are not qualified under California law. You must become a registered member to obtain services. Any person who is not a member or qualified patient, including minors, is not permitted within the members area of Healthy, Wealthy & Wise.
To become a member of Healthy, Wealthy & Wise, Present the original copy of your physicians recommendation for use of medical cannabis along with your state-issued photo ID to the staff during your first visit. We will make a copy of your recommendation and return the original to you. Your membership will be pending until a Healthy, Wealthy & Wise staff member verifies the validity of your recommendation. Upon verification, your membership and access to membership services will become active. Your membership will be valid until the date your recommendation expires. Please note that we must verify your recommendation before providing you with medicine.
Designated Caregivers:
Healthy, Wealthy & Wise patient members may designate a primary caregiver who is authorized to receive medicine on the patients behalf. Please be advised that a primary caregiver is someone who has consistently provided for the housing, safety, or welfare of the patient (CA H&S Code 11362.5). Under no circumstances may a primary caregiver obtain services for himself or herself unless he or she is also a legally qualified patient and registered as such with Healthy, Wealthy & Wise. To designate a caregiver, a completed Primary Caregiver Designation Form is required. Forms are available from our members.
Member Code of Conduct
As a member of the Healthy, Wealthy & Wise community, we ask you to be especially mindful of our neighbors. We want to establish a positive relationship with our neighbors, the City of Los Angeles, and the police department. Please be respectful of our neighbors rights, privacy and property. Our license from the City of Los Angeles stipulates that no one shall consume medicine within 500 feet of the Healthy, Wealthy & Wise premesis.
Healthy, Wealthy & Wise members must abide by the following rules and regulations. Healthy, Wealthy & Wise reserves the right to terminate membership for any violations of our Code of Conduct with no warnings or second chances.
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have state-issued identification to access member services. If you have an out of state ID you must present that valid ID as well as your current lease as proof of residency.Parents or court-appointed legal guardians must act as caregivers to obtain service on behalf of legally qualified patients who are younger than eighteen (18) years old.
- Any person who is not a member or qualified patient, including minors, is not permitted within the members area at Healthy, Wealthy & Wise.
- All members are required to show state issued identification and have their membership validated by Healthy, Wealthy & Wise personnel prior to accessing member services.
- No cell phones, pagers, cameras and any other recording devices are allowed anywhere on Healthy, Wealthy & Wise premises. Please leave them in your car or at home.
- No alcohol, illegal drugs, or weapons are allowed in and around Healthy, Wealthy & Wise premises, failure to comply will result in termination of membership.
- Members may only obtain medicine once a day. Members agree to the limits on amounts of medical cannabis according to state (CA H&S Code 11362.5 & 11362.7) and local law.
- No consumption of cannabis is allowed within 500 feet of Healthy, Wealthy & Wise, which includes all of the healing center premises.
- Never sell or otherwise distribute medication you obtain at Healthy, Wealthy & Wise. You will be permanently excluded from membership if you do so.
- Only qualified service animals are allowed inside the premises, all other pets are not allowed.
- You should treat everyone on the premises with respect. You may be asked to leave the premises if you use offensive or abusive language or behavior.
- For your safety, place all medication and plants out of sight before leaving the building.
- In the event of an emergency, please follow instructions from the staff.
- Please be friendly to and support our neighbors with your patronage!
